Camp is nearly here! Just a couple of reminders about next week.
Parents, please talk to your child regarding road safety. We have had a number of phone calls already this week about children on scooters and bikes that are demonstrating unsafe behaviour.

This Trust offers support to parents of Year 8 pupils who foresee financial hardship in the purchasing of new uniform items as their child moves into Year 9 at High School.
All students need to be wearing plain navy sunhats as part of the school uniform. These are available from the school office for $8.
Our Year 8 camps are just around the corner and students should be starting to check their gear lists and sort out what they need to get organised, as well as getting themselves fit and ready for their camp. Any outstanding payments are now due.
At our last BOT meeting the BOT were presented with three reports.
I wish to express my thanks to everyone who has supported our students in their many activities throughout the term.
If your child is attending either Waitaki Boys' or Waitaki Girls' in 2020 and you do not have an enrolment form please come to the OIS office to collect one.
We have many students whose uniforms are in need of attention this includes the correct shoes. Enrolment at OIS is conditional upon students being in full uniform.
Thank you to Mitre 10 for donating veggie plants for our school garden. They are now all planted and now await harvesting. We appreciate your support!
