Transition survey

Year 7 and Year 8 Whānau
As part of our ongoing review of transition in and across our school, please complete the following survey about how well you think your child has transitioned into OIS or Year 8 this year. Your child will also fill out their own one at school, so this is purely on how YOU have felt the transition has gone. It shouldn't take long to complete, and we will use the information provided to refine our transition practices at the end of the year.
