MUFTI TODAY Oamaru Foodbank 'Bring a can of food' Fundraiser. We're still collecting cans TODAY!

This year the Student Council has decided again, to get involved with making a difference in our community. We believe that together we can make a difference for some families. From Monday 17 June to Thursday 20 June, we are collecting cans/non-perishable food to donate to the Oamaru Food Bank.

To participate in the day we are asking that students bring a can, or more, of food, if able to, to help stock the Oamaru Food Bank. This contribution helps to make up food parcels for those who need food assistance. Help us do our part for our community.
As a THANK YOU to you all students, there will be a Mufti Day on Friday 21 June. NO MONEY for the mufti day - just a can (or more) of food or something non-perishable during the week.
There will be a prize for the class that brings the most food - this will be announced at the Assembly on Friday. The Student Council members will organise the cans each day.

Our goal is to collect more than 450 cans.
