The JR McKenzie Trust

This Trust offers support to parents of Year 6 and Year 8 pupils who foresee financial hardship in the purchasing of new uniform items as their child moves into Year 7 and Year 9 at High School.

Helpers: Athletics Day 2020

We are after helpers to help with Athletics Day on Friday 30th October. We are also after a group of Year 8 parents to run a BBQ during lunchtime at our school athletic sports.

OIS Production - CANCELLED

It is with a lot of thought that management has decided to cancel a School Production for this year. We can appreciate that a number of students were looking forward to this. We have decided it is in the best interests of the students and the staff to leave production until 2021.

Principal's Message....

With only one day left in this term it is timely for everyone to have a break to relax and recharge their batteries. The movement to a Covid Level 1 status means that there will be more freedom for everyone to move around and meet in bigger groups.

Basketball Round-up 2020 Season

Congratulations to all those teams who participated in the Collegiate Basketball Competition for 2020. The Ninja and Lakers teams had a good season. Lakers enjoyed having a fun season focussing on participation.

Science (STEM) in Schools NZ: 2020 Launch to the Future

LAUNCH TO THE FUTURE is a 40-minute in-school presentation that focuses on how space programs and lunar science propel us into the future using STEM!
