Matt Brien Room 4 Teacher - Year 8 (Job share) & P.E. Specialist Teacher
Matt is thrilled to be a part of the OIS family and is excited to share his knowledge of Health and Physical Education with the students.
Matt grew up in Oamaru, attending St Kevin's College, before moving to Nebraska in the United States to play basketball and study for his teaching degree. Matt loves seeing students be positive and open to trying new things.
Outside of the classroom, Matt enjoys being outdoors and active. He loves travelling to visit new places and spending time with friends and family. Matt enjoys playing sports, especially basketball.
