Student Corner....

That's a wrap for Angus and Finn. The boys have swum session three with fire in their belly! Personal bests for them both and Angus was a whisker away in two races from a top 10 finish! The competition has been the toughest they have ever faced and it has been a wonderful experience to be up against the best swimmers in the country! Congratulations Angus and Finn on your achievements.

Angus

• 200 m Individual Medley 14th place
• 50 m Backstroke PB 11th place
• 50 m Breaststroke PB 15th place
• 100 m Freestyle PB 11th place

Finn

• 200 m Individual Medley PB 19th place
• 50 m Backstroke 18th place
• 100 m Freestyle PB 25th place

Finn was awarded a Swimming Fairplay Medal. This was one of three selected by the code coordinator from the 390 swimmers present. It was a real honour to receive this! Both boys have represented themselves and the school with pride and deserve to feel very proud of themselves! Go OIS
