Year 8- Pot stands

After making their acrylic pens, Year 8 students showcased all their skills by independently creating stands for hot pots.

They used thick pine wood, measured and cut off corners then planned their designs. After sanding them until the wood was as smooth as silk, the students hot pokered their chosen design on. The corners were sanded and attached to the bottom as feet to finish them off. Let's hope these save our benches from getting burnt!
