School shoe shortage

We have been made aware by our footwear retail stores that there is a shortage of school shoes in Oamaru, and due to shipping delays, deliveries for a lot of sizes are delayed until February.

Due to this, if your child is unable to wear the correct school shoes, please write a note informing the child's teacher. We will allow sports shoes to be worn until the correct black school shoes can be purchased. Students MUST wear covered-in, black leather lace-up school shoes. Please note that all students are required to wear black leather lace-up shoes. Canvas and other casual shoes, which are advertised as “school shoes”, are not suitable.
