Fun in Food Tech - Serve it up!!

Our time in Food Tech focused on using the kitchen safely, while extending our practical skills and understanding the food science attributes of key ingredients, for example what makes our cooking rise.

We also identified how and where to modify a simple muffin recipe, by dreaming up new flavour combinations to meet the needs of the stakeholder.
