URGENT - Parents of OIS students

In order for us to be prepared for students on Wednesday 29 April and to comply with Health and Safety procedures, we must know who those students are, that need to come to school. Your response is needed before 1.00 pm Thursday. Please complete the form required by following the link provided below.

If you are confused the flow chart below makes this quite clear. 

 If you are concerned about your child’s progress or lack of device this is not a reason to send your child to school. From next week we should be able to provide more hard copy packs for those still waiting for a device from the Ministry of Education. I have been asked to check our database of requests for devices and must confirm details by 5.00 pm Friday. It is essential that if I email, phone or text you to confirm a query that you respond promptly.

With 327 students at OIS, it is not practicable to call everyone. In terms of efficiency please click on this link and complete the form before 1.00 pm Thursday.
