In late August, four OIS staff began the 100 day Challenge.
We began with a 3D scan of our bodies and if that wasn’t enough to kick start this Challenge then nothing would be! We’ve all been up at 5am, at least 2 mornings a week to attend our class, run by our Personal Trainer, Beatrice Day. It’s been a great team environment, both at the gym and at school. We’ve taken turns to provide a healthy lunch for four on a Monday, something which we hope to continue. Last weekend we had our final scans and we’ve all done really well. We’re all much fitter, healthier and have a real sense of achievement.
