Fleur is excited to be a part of the OIS community and is passionate about teaching year 7 and 8.
Fleur joins us from a varied teaching background. Over her 26 years of teaching, she has taught in Intermediate, Primary, and as a Specialist Music teacher for students with special needs in Secondary education.
She has recently moved to Oamaru from the North Island where she was part of a ukulele band, and spent many weekends strumming and performing a variety of songs around the Waikato. She enjoys the scenery and southern light on her daily walks with her husband and dog. She is currently photographing many of the historic and natural features that make up the Waitaki region and can often be found on Sundays at the Arts & Craft Market at the Precinct.
