• Dance Evolutions Studios - At DEVOS we use mindful movement and gratitude to teach life skills through dance, giving students not just excellent dance technique but also the tools to become confident, helathy and successful young adults in all aspects of their life. Dance does not just increase strength, flexibility and cardio. It's also good for the brain; boosting cognitive memory, enhancing muscle memory, reducing depression, and making you more intelligent as you increase your ability to make decisions quickly.
